Jonathan Maximilian

Jonathan Maximilian currently is a management trainee at Unilever in the program of UFLP (Unilever Future Leaders Programme). Previously, he has interned in several companies ranging from early-stage start-up to corporate, including Procter & Gamble, Astra, Ruangguru, and Garena.

Jonathan graduated from Chemical Engineering ITB with summa cum laude honors with a full merit-based scholarship for his 4-year-study from Sea Group. During his college time, he also had several experiences in leadership and self-development programs, both internal and external from established companies such as Astra and Paragon. These experiences drive him to create valuable impacts along the way.

Jonathan has also been recognized regionally as a leader and influencer as he received numerous awards from notable organizations as well as being trusted to lead multiple teams. In 2021, he was selected to represent Indonesia in ASEAN Future Sustainability Leaders, an innovation challenge. In the mid of 2022, he also won BCG Emeralds Case from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Jakarta.

Outside work, Jonathan uses his passions in education and youth development by creating social impact and being a speaker. In 2019, he co-founded a social project, Youth Voyage that aimed to help unleash less-privileged university students' potential through a series of training and workshops. He has been invited to be a speaker for 10+ webinar with topics ranging from self-development, internship, communication, and partnerships.
