I'm a professional Safety, Health and Environment with experience across multiple industries: Chemical, FMCG and Telecommunication. My expertise includes digitalization for safety, Artificial Intelligence for safety and Safety Advanced project for machine.
Besides that, I am deeply passionate about people development. I am passionate to helping individuals grow and achieve their full potential in their careers. I believe that everyone has unique talents and skills that can be developed and leveraged to create fulfilling and successful careers.
I also have experience in talent developments and career coaching for my junior by helping them to identify their core values and passions, building plan for career advancement, or providing guidance on leadership development.
