My Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepared and undertook end-to-end onboarding ID/APAC/Tech such as preparing documents and starter kits for the upcoming talents, welcoming and presenting onboarding slide for new hires.
Created and implemented strategies that align employee engagement, employer branding.
Handled offboarding process for ID/APAC/Tech such as exit interviewing, undeployment asset form etc.
Executed in employees’ enrollment in benefits: claim reimbursement, leave, business trip employee's.
Corresponded with all department and stakeholders.
Maintained employee data and kept updated accounts of all employment records.
Provided administrative support on day-to-day activities.
