Majoo is an integrated Saas business solution platform that provides a complete solution for Indonesia’s MSMEs. As a UI/UX Designer, my job describes me to:
- Built and maintain majoo's new Design System
- Conduct UI refreshment from the existing design system to majoo's new design system for each feature
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, UX Writers, UX Researchers, and fellow designers
- Comprehend the product’s brief from Product Owners and gives ideas or solution
- Identifying UX Problems with Design Lead
- Collaborate with UX researcher to conduct research in order to gather insights or validate
- Define an end-to-end process for enhancement or revamping features
- Document the design process for each feature, such as research, ideation, IA and showcase to stakeholder

Previously worked together with GoPay Indonesia's Consumer PR team, and now working closely with Rumah Pintar Indonesia, my responsibilities consists of:
- Make strategic plans, from concepts to creative briefs, for clients' PR and marketing campaigns
- Handle KOLs and influencers directly to guide and provide assistance to ensure production processes goes well
- Conduct researches to provide necessary information for the company and clients, ranging from market insights to consumer behavior
- Make monthly plans and contents for the client's social media activities, as well as handling the client's social media account
- Provide feedback and assistance for visual works, such as graphic design, photography, and videography
