

About role
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy
• Lead field visits and usability tests in diverse markets (Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into design and roadmap
• Build a continuous discovery culture using user panels, rapid surveys, and co-creation
• Present research findings in clear, actionable formats that influence design decisions
Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in UX Research or related field (agency or product-side)
• Familiar with methods like interviews, diary studies, card sorting, A/B testing
• Strong understanding of local behavioral nuances, especially in non-metro users
• Excellent storytelling and insight-communication skills
• Bahasa Indonesia fluency; English proficiency for internal alignment
• Experience in fintech or service-based platforms is a plus
